We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Normally, I like to write really long comments on pictures, but I'm just at a loss for what to say with this, because it's so beautiful... All the details, all the shading, they're just absolutely amazing...
Well, I guess the only things I can say are: it'd be nice if it had a background, and it'd be nice if it had something in the crystal or if it was shaded, but as you say, it's not finished.

...well, it's so detailed an awesomely shaded that I'd leave it just like that...
just do something for that cristal and that's it.
