About how it's done! :)

People were asking me if I do this directly with the ball point pen….

HELL NO!!!
THERE’S NO WAY!!!

I pause the scene I want to use as reference for drawing, zoom it, then stick one of those transparent Acetate for Overhead I crosshatched with 1x1 cm² each square, then I do the same with the paper I’m about to sketch, use a PENCIL to mark the face details features (things that would look like the character in case of a portrait) then when I have all the shadows marked I start using the pen to make the Final Art!

I know… it’s not easy but it works!

Cloud: … er… well… some years ago… *Scratches his head* You know I was a big fan of a certain 1º Class Soldier when I went to ShinRa… :aww:
