*Is in awe* Wow. This is absolutely amazing. The amount of detail and the color definition, and the lighting! It's all so fantastic. I love his hair and his hands, the glint on his sword, and his face is to die for!
His eyes are really catching, gorgeous even.

Wow!

Another thing that I believe to really catching is the background, simple, yet eloquent, and with enough detail not to seem too simple, but not enough detail to take away from Byakuya himself. And the cherry blossoms are so fitting! This entire piece is simply amazing. Fantastic job!

Gawd...if I weren't in a pinch with major projects to do, I'd be REALLY tempted to start drawing Renji (just by seeing this amazingly mesmerizing masterpiece -I'm moved) :crazy:
