What the hell is wrong with some people creating so many absurd bills like SOPA/PIPA and now this ACTA? (that particularly is scaring the hell out of me) >_<

If sharing means piracy, then each one of you that has ever lent a book, a DVD, a Game or something else from a friend ARE ALL PIRATES! The only difference from normal sharing is that internet makes it grow to a global scale.

Has SOPA been put down or delayed? Keep your eyes open, please. Governments tend to wait until people forget things to act freely again. Or even try to put the same bill up but with a different sponsor and name.


But that ACTA does REALLY take the cake in matter of being ABSURD!!!

The things I read about it made me really pissed of. I see it more like a way the Governments will make use of to NOT LET THE COMMONERS LIKE US TO HAVE ACCESS TO REAL INFORMATION.

Why?

So, why should you be worried about ACTA?

It allows them to censor the internet.

It allows them to search your iPods and computers randomly without giving a reason.

It allows them to confiscate your iPods and computers without giving a reason

It allows them to monitor what you do online

It allows them to block websites deemed "unacceptable", without limit

It will ban p2p technology, like uTorrent

It will allow ISPs to PERMANENTLY Ban you from using the internet, without a trial.

It will allow arrests based on the content you search.

In a nutshell, they're basically taking your freedom and raping it hard.

Our internets will be controlled and monitored, bent to the will of the rich corporations.

The Governments in accord with the Biggest Companies in the World are planning to clearly FUCK EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US UNINPORTANT ANONYMOUS COMMONERS.

As if life wasn't already hard enough they are using the piracy or whatever people post on internet or do in their lives as an excuse to approve such an absurd bill and get the right to control everything. And of course, they'll be allowed to stop your FREE SPEECH if they see it can damage the Government and the BIG GUY$' interests.

Why don't they approve bills that would prevent people to die of hunger, or be killed because there are shops selling guns, or to raise the teachers' earnings and etc...?

Well… They are not really thinking about us… to tell you the truth they don't even care as long as they get their money and power. As long as they can still control us, feed us with unimportant information so we can never understand the power we really have when acting together.

Guess many of you haven't seen about it on television lately did you? They don't want you to know what it really is.

So divulge it!

Search ACTA on Google!

Learn about it!

Sign petitions!

Spread the knowledge so more people will find out how much they'll be loosing with it and protest! On the streets, on internet, everywhere!

This way you let those Greedy Pigs know that you are alert and have more people backing you up on this that aren't satisfied!

Last year many proved that when we act together we can FREE Countries. So this year, do not let the Governments decide that the world as we know will really end 2012 (and so on) as a worse one.
